Being active is a way of life, but remaining fit and mobile is a choice. Here at TNT Garden Grove in partnership with At Your Best Fitness, we strive to not only keep you fit, but assist with helping one meet their ultimate goal by customized workouts that build strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance, just to name a few.

 

 JUNIOR ATHLETES: AGES 6 -10

These fun interactive classes are intended for children of any weight class looking for

fitness, strength, sport movement training, and confidence.

 

 YOUNG ATHLETES: AGES 11 - 20

These classes are for the athletes at heart whether on a school related team,

traveling team, or looking to join a team in the future. The training focus of these classes

build on speed, power, strength, agility, endurance, and confidence.

 

ADULTS: Ages 21 - 54

Intended for people who are busy with everyday life, these classes are for people who

would like to lose a few pounds, maintain one’s current weight, build and/or tone muscles,

stamina, and increase one’s endurance.

 

Seniors: Ages 55+

Dedicated to assist people with aging gracefully and keeping active,

these workouts will focus on mobility, stamina, and flexibility.
