For Cristian Munoz 15, Since discovering TNT training Cristian has made so many improvements on the court as well as in himself. He's learned what it is to invest hard work daily, the sacrifice and the benefits. TNT has shown him how to push himself and has given him the confidence and aggressiveness he needs as a center on the court. The Trainers at TNT have shown him he can do amazing things when he keeps trying and believes in himself. He has learned to respect and take care of his body through diet and exercise which can be challenging for any teenager. Although TNT is hard work he looks forward to the workouts because he knows what the rewards are.

Top Notch Training has been a very rewarding and challenging training program that has made my daughters better basketball players in every aspect. Vern (Rashad) is both a coach and a motivator when it comes to pushing yourself to improve. My girls have learned about how to condition their bodies to play at the highest level in their sport. TNT can make you a better player by preparing you physically and pushing you mentally. I recommend TNT to anyone who wants to get smarter, faster, bigger and stronger!

After working out with you just 3 times a week for only 30 minutes for about 2 months now, I’ve noticed significant improvements, including, weight loss, defined abs, greater endurance, and much better sleep. After completing a quick 30 minute workout in the later afternoon, I’ve also noticed an increase in energy levels after a long day of work - which I definitely appreciate not having to drink any caffeine for that second boost.

Because of the high intensity, challenge, and motivation, I accomplish much more in a 30 minute workout with you, than I do spending over an hour in the gym.

I truly appreciate the quick, effective, and convenient workouts I’ve been able
to do both in my backyard and my bedroom.
