After working out with you just 3 times a week for only 30 minutes for about 2 months now, I’ve noticed significant improvements, including, weight loss, defined abs, greater endurance, and much better sleep. After completing a quick 30 minute workout in the later afternoon, I’ve also noticed an increase in energy levels after a long day of work - which I definitely appreciate not having to drink any caffeine for that second boost.
Because of the high intensity, challenge, and motivation, I accomplish much more in a 30 minute workout with you, than I do spending over an hour in the gym.
I truly appreciate the quick, effective, and convenient workouts I’ve been able
to do both in my backyard and my bedroom.
